		<description>I definitely prefer a new window.  Yes, I can use the back button.  But what if I get led through a maze of interesting websites never to find my way back to the place I started (and I almost always want to return to there for one reason or another).  Besides, with tabs now-a-days it isn't such a big deal- as long as a new tab opens instead of a new window.</description>
